K528 Residential building in Bentael, Lebanon. It’s a two-story building of 270 m2 each. Every floor has a unique/different layout, linked through an independent vertical circulation. The project consists of massive facade openings that maximize the building ventilation and breeze transit through different spaces. Adding to that, a façade system that the metal bars offer can be completely closed at night for privacy, while they can experience a shady dwelling in relation to the landscape in summer.
