A high-end residential project, in Las Vegas, responds to the present and future global situation, shaping day-to-day experiences – a design enhancing remote working which was further accelerated by the pandemic. By redefining the functions of a house, the project accommodates a comfortable live-work atmosphere. A semi-detached area serves as: a separate small office, a guest bedroom, and a gym – becoming the semi-private space of the house. While also taking into consideration climate change, green technology is incorporated – from the use of recycled materials, to the on-site solar panels, to the electric-car tesla chargers.
