This contemporary residence is defined by strong geometry and striking contrasts. The client envisioned a house that would stand out through its modern façade and sharp lines, while providing comfort and efficiency.

The exterior relies on the interplay of light and dark surfaces. Large planes of natural stone provide a textured and durable backdrop, while smooth black cladding outlines the villa’s edges and enhances its sharp silhouette. Warm wooden elements were integrated vertically to introduce balance, rhythm, and natural warmth to the bold composition. This careful layering of stone, wood, and cladding responds to the client’s request for a home that feels solid yet refined.

On the other side, expansive glazing was added to open the interiors to natural light and panoramic views. The client emphasized the importance of openness, and this was achieved through double-height living areas, sliding glass doors, and continuous visual connections to the pool and terraces. The organization of the villa reflects a clear hierarchy of spaces. The lower platform integrates parking and service areas into the terrain, allowing the main volume to rise freely above it. This elevation gives prominence to the living spaces while enhancing views from every level. Social zones extend directly toward the pool deck, encouraging gatherings and outdoor living, while the upper floors host private suites oriented to maximize both light and seclusion.
